Personality:
+ Honorable

Despite his initial attitude, Tori's a surprisingly honorable person... He admittedly has a bias on what's just or not, so picking fights tends to be on the emotional side, but if someone helps him he rewards them, if someone needs help (and he's not totally adverse to them) he'll "graciously" lend his aid. There's not a dishonorable bone in the boy's body, even if he may act disgraceful (for a noble) at times, to the point that ex-fine members have placed their hopes on his shoulders that he might bring fine into the sort of "glory" it should have been: a bright, lovely unit that uplifts others with a smile, that truly heralds a kind of peace and happiness in the hearts of those that listen... instead of the blood-stained executioners they'd been, that'd manipulated the hearts of their audience to the point of Hiyori wondering if the smiles and love of their fans were genuine.

+ Loyal

Perhaps due to his easily lonely nature, once he's found people to cling to he's incredibly loyal to them -- no, it's more accurate to say that those who show him kindness, who inspire and change his life in some way, are the people he finds himself most loyal to, most willing to be friends with and the like. It's easily seen with his loyalty to fine, the beautiful and shining idols he first saw and fell in love with, how he tries again and again to stop being such a self-titled "burden" and "holding them back", but also with people he call his friends like Hajime of Ra*bits, who he'd probably throw down for, let's be real, along with giving him constant support and encouraging his shine. The boy is willing to pick all the fights for people he loves. Even to people he doesn't necessarily like (such as Wataru), so long as they're important to the people important to him, he'll stick with it... all for his own goals, but nonetheless he isn't the type to run away.

+ Affectionate

Maybe oddly enough for his behavior and upbringing, Tori's really affectionate to those he likes... It's usually in the form of wanting to spend time and receive physical affection from them, but he's also complimented and spoken openly about the qualities that make them shine, like Hajime's cuteness and charm. He's also really lovey towards animals, notably dogs. His affection comes from the fact he's been spoiled and loved his whole life, so it seems that he just naturally gives it in return to those that've curried his favor in some way (mostly being his friend, he loves having friends even if he claims he's "picky" about them.) His affection comes in the form of compliments and praise, as gifts (both bought and homemade, as with chocolates), as well as physical contact: he likes to hold hands and hug onto those and receive it in kind, but Tori's someone who always initiates it in some way first.

- Arrogant

There's a reason this is first on his list of flaws, and it's because Tori can be qualified and boiled down as a very arrogant person. He's rude and hoity-toity, generally unpleasant when he's not putting out his cute airs... and even when he is, giving out the feeling that he's entitled to this and that just because he's of the Himemiya lineage and what not. It's somewhat of his upbringing, because he has always been given what he wanted, but it's also something like a defense mechanism: when he isn't sure what to do with a situation or someone, he defaults to acting like a brat because it's what he knows best.

That said, he is growing out of it as he realizes it's not the best course of action in a lot of cases, and he's not so prideful that he won't ask for help when he really needs it, but it's bit by bit. Mostly shown with people he claims as friends, such as Hajime and Mitsuru, who easily pry through that shell of his and treat him normally in a way that settles this arrogant nature of his.

- Spoiled

As stated above, he's very much someone who's had his life gilded in silver, who's been babied and given everything he's wanted for since the day he was born -- and he certainly acts like it. Tori's actively trying to get better by experiencing new things for himself, but there's still the initial roadblock of being used to things just being done for him as well. It's noted by several others, Yuzuru in particular as a caretaker of Tori's, that he's maturing out of being such a coddled child and maturing into a wonderful young man all on his own power, because he doesn't want to be someone that's merely taken care of -- Tori strives to be someone who can stand equal with the people he admires, to not be such a burden on fine as he feels he is by being that spoiled child, and though it's tough to balance wanting that attention and freedom a child has be being so taken care of with being someone who can stand on his own two feet Tori's honestly doing his best and it shows in a way that moves those that know him to tears.

- Lonely

Being rich doesn't necessarily, doesn't inherently, make one lonely, but he certainly becomes it quite easily due to the constant presence of others in his life: his parents, who are home as often as they can be, love him and often dine with him, tend to also be busy during parts of the year; though he knows this, he can't help but feel lonely and seek out others to quell it. Yuzuru, the butler always at his side, has more or less grown up with him after a certain age and despite Tori's complaints about him (how he's always babying him and whatnot) when the other is with others, like Midori, there's a jealously born from it. Eichi, who he considers one of the most important if not the most important person for himself at Yumenosaki Academy, often spoils and dotes on him, yet if Tori hasn't seen him for a while he, once more, feels quite alone.

Because he grows lonely easily, however, he's quick to cling to those that have some amount of good will towards him, and even those that don't like him bear the brunt of a more annoying child that just doesn't want to be alone. Tori's able to understand and handle it in his own way, but it still strikes harshly regardless.

- Reckless

Of course, with boldness and honorableness comes the dangerous solution of recklessness. Very much an "act first, think later" sort of person, Tori follows his heart wherever it may lead him... even into thinking of a plan to show off the fine he loves so much, that he thinks deserves the spotlight it once held, during the Starlight Festival that was supposed to originally show off the talents of Trickstar. He's often gotten in trouble this way, whether it be by running his mouth or just trying to do things with good intentions.

Abilities & Skills: As an idol, he can sing and dance, and though not inherently supernatural it bears mentioning that several characters have commented on Tori's smile being so bright, it draws the eye naturally. He's a super cute, super lovely young man whose wiles charm many who meet him (on a good day).
